Brandon & Vanessa Real Estate (“we,” “us”) is the real estate team of Brandon Leon (DRE# 01874260) and Vanessa Leon (DRE# 02173124), brokered by eXp Realty of California, Inc., in Rocklin, California. This policy explains what information we collect through brandonandvanessa.com (the “site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a consultation, fill in a form, start a chat, or contact us by phone, text or email, we collect what you share: typically your name, email address, phone number, and details about the home you want to buy or sell, your timing and your budget.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the site’s servers record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. Some of the services described below set their own cookies.

How we use it

• To answer your questions, schedule appointments, and help you buy, sell or rent a home.
• To send you the listings, market updates and resources you ask for.
• To follow up by phone, text or email about your real estate plans, where you have given us permission to.
• To keep the site working, secure and useful.
• To meet our legal, licensing and brokerage record-keeping obligations.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your inquiry, appointments and your home search or sale. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Services we use

Parts of the site are provided by other companies, which process information under their own privacy policies:

• LeadConnector (HighLevel) powers our booking calendar, contact forms, chat and client communications.
• YouTube hosts our neighborhood and home videos. Videos load from YouTube when you choose to play them.
• Google Maps shows property and neighborhood locations.
• ReputationHub displays our client reviews.

We may share your information with the professionals involved in your transaction (for example lenders, escrow and title companies, inspectors and other agents) when you ask us to or when it is needed to complete your transaction, with our brokerage, eXp Realty, as required, and where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices and California privacy rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can opt out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any email or texts by replying STOP. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right not to be discriminated against for using them. Some records must be kept for a period to meet real estate licensing and brokerage requirements.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
